1. Who we are

This website is operated by ICÔNICO STUDIO, an architectural visualization studio based in Brazil ("we"). For anything regarding personal data, contact us on WhatsApp or through the form on the contact page.

2. Data we collect

Contact form: name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp and the information you write about the project. We use this data only to answer your quote request and, if you tick the corresponding option, to send you studio news by e-mail. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps and, for news, your consent (art. 7, I and V of Brazil's General Data Protection Law — LGPD, Law no. 13,709/2018).

Browsing data (cookies): with your consent in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure visits, understand which campaign brought you here and improve our communication. If you decline, no measurement cookies are set and the website works normally.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It stays with our team and the services we use to operate: e-mail and form providers, Google (Analytics/Ads) and Meta (Pixel), which handle data under their own policies. Some of these services may process data outside Brazil, with appropriate safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet any legal obligations. Browsing statistics follow each tool's standard retention (up to 14 months in Google Analytics).

5. Your rights

The LGPD guarantees you confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent. Just ask through our contact channels — we reply within 15 days.

6. Cookies — how to manage them

You can accept or decline measurement cookies in the notice shown on your first visit. To change your mind later, clear this website's data in your browser and the notice will appear again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Terms of use

All content on this website — images, films, tours, floor plans, texts and visual identity — is protected by copyright held by ICÔNICO STUDIO and/or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission. Project images are illustrative. The website is provided "as is"; we do our best to keep everything accurate and online, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or the law. Last updated: August 2026. This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.
