Is this service for any kind of project?
ICÔNICO is the right fit for projects that need to communicate value, positioning and professionalism. We work mainly with developers, builders and architecture firms who understand that imagery is part of the project’s sales strategy, not just its presentation. If the priority is only a low price or volume production without criteria, we’re probably not the best option.
How is the price defined?
Prices are set according to the scope, complexity and number of images in the project. The quote includes creative direction, 3D production, rendering, post-production and revisions within the agreed scope. We don’t sell generic packages, because each project calls for a different level of involvement.
What if I don’t like the result?
Every project starts with a detailed briefing and a visual concept defined before production moves forward. That greatly reduces the chance of misalignment. If adjustments are needed, they happen within the process and the agreed scope, until the material matches the briefing and the ICÔNICO standard.
How long does the process take?
The timeline depends on the scope, the complexity of the project and the number of images. After the briefing and scope definition, we present a clear schedule for each stage of the work. Our goal is quality, predictability and a reliable delivery.
Are there extra costs during the project?
No. The scope is defined at the start and respected through to final delivery. Revisions are part of the process and are not used to charge extra. No surprises along the way.
Can I use the images in commercial materials?
Yes. The images are delivered ready for commercial use in presentations, ads, real estate launches and corporate materials, as defined in the contract.
