Reserva da Fazenda: an entire launch in 2 months
16 luxury homes, about R$ 40 million (roughly US$ 7.5M) in sales value — and all the sales material, from the name to the website, delivered before launch.
The challenge
A 16-home community in Petrópolis, with homes priced around R$ 2.5 million (about US$ 460,000), had to reach the market with an identity worthy of the product — and with everything ready at once: name, brand, images, floor plans, broker material and sales page. Without different suppliers speaking different languages.
What we did
Naming and visual identity. The name "Reserva da Fazenda" ("the farm reserve") and the brand grew out of the place: the historic farm, the mountains, the promise of a reserve. 3D images of the facades, living areas, gourmet space and night views, under a single art direction. Humanized floor plans of both house types, so buyers understand the home without reading drawings. A sales book for the sales team. And the project website, reservadafazenda.com, live before launch.
The timeline
From briefing to live page: two months. The visual direction was approved on the first images and, from then on, every piece followed the same language — which removes the rework typical of launches with several suppliers.
The result
The launch is under way, with all the sales material available from day one. See the development's website at reservadafazenda.com and the full image set on the project page.
